Customer Stories

Use cases, told by their value.

The engagements below are drawn from our work across the region. Customer identities are withheld to respect confidentiality; what matters here is the problem, the approach, and the outcome.

EV Solutions · Charging Network

A charging network operator scaling without grid surprises.

A regional charging network operator needed to expand its footprint across commercial properties whose electrical capacity varied widely site by site. Unmanaged growth risked overloads, demand-charge penalties, and poor driver experience.

We deployed charging infrastructure paired with a smart energy management layer — dynamic load balancing per site, demand-response behaviour during peak tariff windows, and centralised monitoring across the network.

OutcomeThe operator expanded its site count materially without proportionate upgrades to grid connections, and gained the utilisation and uptime visibility needed to plan the next phase of growth on evidence rather than estimates.
AI MaaS · Automotive

An automotive partner accelerating assisted-driving development.

A vehicle manufacturer with an existing charging-infrastructure relationship faced long procurement cycles and unpredictable costs for the GPU capacity behind its assisted-driving programme — training runs, simulation batches, and sensor-data processing competed for scarce internal resources.

Through our MaaS platform, the partner gained reserved capacity in our self-built compute pool for sustained training work, alongside metered access to brokered models for evaluation and tooling — all under one governance and billing framework.

OutcomeModel iteration cycles shortened, compute spending became predictable and auditable, and the partner's engineers refocused on model quality rather than infrastructure wrangling.
Cloud Services · Financial Services

A financial services organisation modernising under regulation.

A financial services organisation carried an ageing on-premises estate that constrained product launches and complicated audit preparation. A wholesale move to public cloud was neither permitted nor sensible for every workload.

We designed a hybrid architecture: regulated workloads retained under tight residency controls, customer-facing and analytical workloads migrated in phases, and identity, encryption, and logging standardised across both sides.

OutcomeRelease cycles accelerated on the modernised estate, audit preparation effort fell, and the organisation gained a governed foundation now being extended toward AI-assisted operations through our MaaS platform.
IT Services · Retail

A retail group turning IT from firefighting into foresight.

A multi-market retail group relied on a patchwork of local arrangements for its store and head-office systems. Incidents were frequent, visibility was poor, and technology spending was difficult to forecast.

We consolidated support under a single managed-operations agreement: standardised monitoring and patching across markets, a central service desk, and quarterly planning that tied technology investment to the retail calendar.

OutcomeIncident volume and resolution times fell steadily after consolidation, and the group's technology budget became a planned instrument rather than a series of surprises.
